Are they field-tested?
Yes. The accessories are designed based on real-life situations encountered during chimney sweeping operations. They are used and adjusted before being made available.
The goal is for them to be immediately operational and genuinely useful in the field.
Are they compatible with my equipment?
In most cases, yes. Rameno accessories are designed to be compatible with standard equipment used by professional chimney sweeps.
When specific constraints exist (diameter, type of tool, method of fixing), they are clearly specified on the product sheet in order to avoid any error.
What is the return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return.
Returns are processed based on Colissimo shipping tracking. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Once the order is received in our workshop, you will be able to choose between:
- a product replacement
- a partial or full refund of your order.

Free delivery is offered for purchases of €60 excluding VAT or more in the shop.
