This sealing plug is designed to block a chimney sweep's cover pipe to prevent any soot or dust leakage during the operation.
In this version, a central hole has been added to allow the passage of an inspection camera , without removing the cap.
It is compatible with a fixed or directional head endoscopic camera of Ø 6 mm , as well as with a more traditional camera of Ø 15 mm .
Ideal for viewing the inside of the heating unit during chimney sweeping, especially when the cover is dirty or replaced with an opaque fabric.
FUNCTIONING
Step 1: Insert the plug into the tarpaulin fitting to be sealed.
Step 2: Check that the cap is correctly in place to ensure a seal.
Step 3: Pass the inspection camera (Ø 6 mm or Ø 15 mm) through the central hole.
Step 4: Observe the inside of the flue or heating unit during the sweeping, ensuring there is no soot leakage.
